This collection is the result of a journey to the Amazon Rainforest and the workshops I held there with various Indigenous communities who have preserved ancestral eco-dyeing and plant-based knitting techniques.
It is a reflection of syncretism, the hallucinatory essence of the Amazon, and a contemporary communion with Indigenous ancestral knowledge.
All the flowers are handmade. We use cotton, military fabrics, alpaca, and linen, treated with eco-dyeing processes. The colours are not uniform—the collection is dramatic and intentionally “unfinished,” with raw, frayed edges that echo the wild spirit of the rainforest.
